About the Conference:
Women Transforming Technology (WT2) is a consortium of companies and organizations in industry, academia, and non-profit sectors committed to building a community and tackling issues that are top of mind for women in technology. Our goals are to inspire, support, and connect women in all areas and levels of technology in Silicon Valley and beyond.
The theme of this year’s conference is "Elevate Joy". The challenges of the past two years have impacted everyone in our community. The theme of the 2022 Women Transforming Technology Conference is “Elevate Joy.” Striving for joy is not about ignoring the difficulties of life but instead reflects our determination to move from surviving to thriving. We ask our speakers to share their stories, experiences and hacks in tech, their careers and personal lives. Let us find the excitement again for our work and our careers together.
